Creating the signage for an award-winning premium beauty brand

Cowshed is an award-winning luxury beauty brand created by the founder of Soho House, Nick Jones.  Originating as spas to complement Soho House hotels, it has branched out into beauty products. 

Since opening its first spa in at Babington House in 1998, Cowshed now have spas in Soho House locations everywhere including Berlin, Miami, London and New York.

Launching a spa in one of London’s most exciting hotels

Opening in January 2018, The Ned is one of Soho House’s most recent hotel launches. A grade-one listed 1920s architectural masterpiece costing £200 million to refurbish, The Ned is one of the most exciting luxury hotels in the City of London.

As Cowshed is part of the Soho House brand, The Ned offers a Cowshed spa and beauty products to all of its guests. Upon its launch, Soho House’s management contacted JFK Signs to create its signage.

Handcrafted gold leafing for a classic, traditional feel

Working closely with Soho House and Cowshed’s design team, we created a series handcraft gold leaf signs on a mahogany panels. This perfectly suited both Cowshed’s handmade feel and The Ned’s 1920’s glamour.
